Hello Cheer Family! Uniform pick up and evaluations is today! Doors will open at 6 – 8 pm at the North Gwinnett High school in the theater located on the Suwanee Dam rd side of the school. Times for pick

K (mascots) – 5th grade (elementary school): 6 pm -7 pm
6th – 8th (middle school): 7 – 8pm

If you are unable to make it during your daughter’s scheduled time slot, you are welcome to come when it works best for your schedule.

A few important things to know when coming in to uniform pick up & evaluations:
1). Please check inside your bag (check sizes) for your daughter’s: camp wear (tank top and Soffe shorts), backpack with correct name embroidered on outside, shell (top to uniform), skirt and cheer bow. You will be asked to sign off/ initial that you received these items and that they are accurate!

2). Not everyone is being evaluated – only the teams/ squads that will be splitting due to their grade level’s football team splitting. Here are the grade levels that will need to be evaluated: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th.  Have your daughter wear comfortable, athletic clothing and shoes if she is being evaluated!!!

3). While (If) your daughter is being evaluated, please locate your daughter’s grade level in the theater seating area (signs will be posted).

This is where you will meet and greet some of the coaches as well as pick up your daughter’s uniform, camp wear and bow.  Again, please check that all items are there and verify that the sizes are accurate. Feel free to bring your Varsity order form with you!
4). All items MUST go:-)!  If you are unable to make uniform pick up today, please send someone you trust in your place to retrieve your daughter’s items.

5). You will be notified via email and/or a phone call of your daughter’s squad placement by her coach over the weekend – July 22nd – 23rd.

Coach’s will likely mention camp & stunt clinic details for the following week and what to expect and/or look for:-).
Please let Tiffany Sharpe know if you have any questions or concerns.
