Head Football Coaches Evaluations
These evaluations are a vital tool used by the NGFA Board in our determining the best possible coaches for our Association. Positive feedback is just as important as negative feedback so please take the time complete these evaluations. All information gathered will be treated confidentially. A NGFA Board Member may contact you regarding your opinions on this coach. If no contact information is submitted your evaluation will not be considered. Thank you for participating in the 2008 NGFA Season.
